where are the timing marks supposed to line up on the crank and cam

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. Put the Timing Marks so the are Together and Match when the Cam is Instaled Into the Engine. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.
