Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): my rideing lownmower doesnt charge the battery, rideing, stator

what do you think might be the problem with my tractor. it doesnt charge the battery. i am pretty sure all the wires are there. it is an old craftsman 16 horse twin.

Depending on the Engine Model; it May be the Stator or the Voltage Regulator. Send me the Model Numbers Off the Mower or the Engine, Please.
