Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): briggs and stratton, briggs and stratton, neutral safety switch

i have a briggs and stratton engine model #130902 type is 0343-01 and it is on a lawn mower but it has a neutral safety switch but there is one red wire just hanging loose and i assume it goes to the engine somewhere but i dont know where please help...thank you

Send me the Model Numbers Off the Mower, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. Is the Wire in the Harness of the Mower? Does the Wire Go Up Under the Flywheel? Thanks.
