Hello Harry:

The Flywheel to Coil Gap is .020in. The OEM Says .010in but I have Found that on Some Engines this is too Close and the Flywheel Hits the Coil. Once the Coil is Hit By the Flywheel, the Coil is Usually Trashed. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.
