Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): lawn mower wont start, oil level, lawn mower

I have recently bought a lawn mower with a tecumseh 4 cycle 156 cc pull start engine. While mowing the grass it stopped and now won't turn over when I pull the cord. I have a spark, there is lots of gas and the oil level is fine. Flywheel?? Thank you for any suggestions on what to do.

I would start by replacing the spark plug.  If that does not solve the problem then more trouble shooting will be required.  Check out this site:
