Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): kohler single cylinder cast iron, drive coupler, drive shaft

This motor i am working on is on a old international cub cadet it hasn't been started in about ten years it has a knock on the drive shaft going to the transmission to the rearend do you know where i may find the metal plate that connects onto the flywheel that this shaft interconnects to?  also do you know where i may get a carb kit for it at?  thanks

You can get a carb kit at any Kohler dealer.  He will have it in stock.  The drive coupler is avasilable only through a Cub dealer.

Are you sure it's the drive coupler making the knock.
I recommend you disconnect the drive shaft and see if the noise goes away.  If it does buy the coupler.  If not drop anchor.  The engine has a bad rod.
