Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): mower repair, briggs and stratton, control linkages

Question
I have a dynomark mower made by noma.

Frame has on it:
model - C3912000
serial - S00123230026
code - 2059

Engine has on it:
model - 283707
type - 0217   01
code - 92021311

I took the carburetor off and now I have no idea how to put the control linkages back on.
Do you have any pictures or any sites that show where they go?

Try this Site Addy, You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Engine at this Site Addy, http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ and Select the B. Then Select Briggs and Stratton.
