Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): honda hrt216 drive belt, honda engines, arinet

Question
I have replaced the drive belt on my mower but the belt won't stay on the pully. It doesn't seem to matter what I do with the tension adjustment? Any Ideas

Check for a Bent Pulley or Idler.
