Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Follow-up about my mower, tie rod ends, shallow point

Hey Mr. Bridges, I asked you a few questions about a week ago about my tie rod ends, and the part came in today. It's just the adjustable tie rod end and well, it's too small. It won't fit on the tie rod. It looks like it should, but it must be just barely too small. I tried for a good while to get it on but to no avail..

If you have any clue why, or if it's the wrong part, please let me know.

Hello Again Kyle:

Yes I Remember. Sometimes the Fit is So Close that Filing the Tip of the Threaded Rod Down a Little to Form a Shallow Point May be Required. I Looked at the Breakdown/IPL  and the Tie Rod End you Ordered should be the Correct One Unless it was Packaged Incorrectly. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance.
