Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): bags, proper manuals, question pool

I have a sears 917.376260 mower. I purchased it for 35 bucks.  I need a bag for this mower.  The mower runs alright. It could use a carb cleaning.  I also have a Lawnboy, it's pretty new, it is an insight mower. I have no spark and no bag assembly.  I need to get one of these up to par and I don't know which I should invest the money in.
