Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): lawn chief, safety switches, lawn chief

Ihave lawn chief 18hp riding mower Ihave replaced the battery and 2 spark plugs and key switch and it will not start and it does not turn over what is my problem

Have you checked any fuses? You also need to check the safety switches on the seat,blade engage and the brake. If these are not set right or are broke the engine wont even turn over. Do you have any headlights see if they come on if they do the fuse is ok then go on to check the rest.
