Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda G100, honda g100, whacker plate

I have a very poorly Honda G100 on a whacker plate, if i purchase another G100 will it fit the locating bolts on the whacker plate mounting bracket, also is it possible to part exchange for a fully refurbished engine.

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. Depending on the Type Numbers the G100 Should Match Up. I Have Never been Able to Exchange Engines. Most Engines with the Same Model Numbers and Type Numbers will Match. Even a G100 with a Different Type Number will Match, your Worry then is the Crankshaft Length, Diameter. Hope this Helps.
