Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): hole in center of primer bulb leak gas out, leak gas, question pool

why do the primer bulb on my husky 5.5 hp lawn mower leak gas out of the primer bulb that has a hole in center of the primer bulb?? thanks

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. Check the gas Cap First. Make Sure it is Venting the Gas Tank. If it is, then Remove, Disassemble and Soak the Carburetor Overnight in Carburetor Cleaner (I use Gunk). Then Blow Out the Passages with Compressed Air. Install New Kit If Required.
