Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): sump replacement on 3.5 Briggs, hp briggs, proper manuals

How do you remove the pulley and blade mounting bracket from the shaft on a 3.5 hp Briggs?  The sump is cracked and needs replacing.

 Hello Lanny:

 The Blade Adapter is Removed Using PB Rust Catalyst, A Puller and Heat. The Pulley is Removed by Removing the Allen Set Screw and then Using Heat and PB Rust Catalyst and a Puller when Neccessary. Sand the Crankshaft and Make Sure it is Really Free of Rust before Trying to Remove the Oil Pan/Sump. Send me the Model Numbers Off the Engine, Please.
