Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): cub cadet 1730 hydraulic transmission, hydraulic transmission, cub cadet

Hi Eric:  First off thanks for your time its sincerely appreciated. Heres the situation. I have a Cub cadet 1730. The hydraulic transmission lever keeps slipping down while you drive it - so you basically have to keep one hand on it to keep the mower going at a decent speed - how do i get this to stay where I put it ?

 This May be a Simple Adjustment. Send me the Serial Numbers Off the Mower, Please. The Archive for the Manuals on Cub Cadet Require the Serial Numbers to Access. With Access to these Manuals I can Better Assist you. Thanks.
