Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): toro ccr 1000, fuel tank, toro ccr 1000

I have a 1995 toro ccr 1000 snowblower, my question is, is there any carb ajustments? high or low speed ? do i have to drill or remove a plug to get to them ? or is there no ajustment at all?  Thanks Mike.

Very few of the late model snowblowers have any ajustments.  If you do not see any screws with springs on them the the carb is not ajustable.  DO NOT remove any plugs unless necessary.

I'm guessing you blower is not running.  Have you replaced the spark plug?  Drained the fuel tank?  Re-fill with brand new gas from the pump plus the oil mix?
