Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): tecumseh carb leaks 10hp, fload, 3 needles

my tecumseh 10 hp carb leaks. i put in a repair kit...new float, needle valve seat and yet the gas flows out of the throttle. Did i do something wron or miss the adjustment.

 Hello Bob:

 Some of the New Aftermarket Repair Kits have Bad Needles in them. I have had to Replace as Many as 3 Needles to Get a Good Needle. However, Is the Float Moving Freely? Are there Any Burrs on the Housing that Might Catch the Fload and Stick it Open? Send me the Model Numbers Off the Engien, Please. With these I can Locate a Breakdown/IPL and Better Assist you. Thanks.
