Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro S-200 Snow Thrower Rope Replacement, starter rope, plastic housings

Needing to replace pull rope.  It does not look like the top assembly disconnects from the engine. How do you replace the pull/starter rope?  Thanks! KG

You have to remove the plastic housings to get to the starter.  Once you have access to the starter, go to these sites for directions on how to repair starters.

The second site is not working too well but the directions are very similar to all starters.
