Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): wheel removal, snow blowers, wrongway

Hi,
I have what I think is a simple question...how do I remvove one wheel (for remounting) from snowblower?
It has a nut, I turn it, the entire axle and other wheel turn with it.  Thank You for any advice.

Spray some penetrant like wd40 on the nut and let it soak in 10-15 min. try to see if you can determine if the nut/axle is a reverse thread you may just be turning it the wrongway. If you can, hold the axle with a pipe wrench or pliers or have someone hold the other wheel while you remove the nut. sorry I cant be of more help we dont seee many snow blowers here in Fla.
