Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Agway rideon mower, briggs stratton, fuel mixture

Have an Ageay 12 hp 36" cut mower.model # 82-2235  7-36562x15.  Trying to find parts(belts, filters, etc) could you help locate me a owners manual or parts breakdown. Where can i purchase parts for this model. Also mower starts right up with choke on, as soon as choke is taken off motor stalls out(no matter how long it runs). cant adjust speed (fast to slow) stalls as soon as the throttle is moved off of the choke. any ideas.

your rider was made by  mtd equipment co.  or murray equipment company.  since agway sold by farm stores, did not make their own products.  much like sears..
you have a carb. problem. you may try setting carb. needle.  this depends on what engine you have>>>  briggs & stratton ?  tecumseh ???   any  means.   turn  fuel mixture needle in lightly til it stops.   back it out 1 and 1 half turns.  do same with air needle.    as for parts>>   filters and such can be gotten  (via> engine make and model  anywhere).   belts and such  can be gotten  by any of the companies whom  made your unit for agway.  i will try and recearch  the numbers you did give me to find that  out as soon as i can.   wait for a follow up,  and try this carb.  things. make sure air filter is cleaned, and you have good fuel flow to it.  i have found  that  NAPA STORES handle the belts  you need if you go to one and give them  your numbers>  they can cross it over for you to their product.  they also handle small engine parts as well
