QuestionThe serial number is 220001889. Model number 38602, it is a Toro Snow Comander. I realize that the wire is broken, but the plate it attaches to doesn't seem like it does anything when I move it back and forth.

OK The Tension Idler has Jumped the Belt. When the Cable Snapped it Allowed the Belt to Loosen to Quickly and the Belt Jumped Off the Idler. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks. Be Safe.
