Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Flymo 18 Hover Lawnmower, recoil starter, merry christmas and happy new year

I have an old two stroke mower for repair and am trying to identify the engine. The top end is B & S recoil starter etc. It has a tag  showing "TIPO SB M43/5" but serial number has not been added. Can you help? It has an oval flange missing between air filter support plate and carb. inlet. About 1/4" thick, lozenge shape. I need to find parts listing.
