Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): coleman 1850 wont start, happy thanksgiving, code numbers

I have a coleman 1850 generetor that has been sitting in garage for about 4 years.Now I can not get it to start.I will appreciate your help. Model # pm0401850

 Is the Spark Plug Firing? Send me the Make, Model, Type and Code Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate a Breakdown of the Engine and Better Assist you. Does this Unit have the Low Oil Shutoff? Thanks.
