Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): honda generator governer, honda generator, type numbers

Question
I have a honda generator that runs great.The governer does not work.The gov arm with the springs on it runs wide open.both the springs are pulling carberator wide open.Thank You FRED COLLIER

 Has the Governor Arm been Loosened or Removed from the Governor Shaft? If Not, then the Internal Governor has Broken. Send me the Model and Type Numbers and Letters Off off the Engine, Please.
