Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): McCulloch 32 cc MB3202 leaf blower wont start, fuel mixture, leaf blower

My leaf blower will not start.  Fuel mixture is correct.  It is getting spark.  Someone mentioned carb settings to me, but I dont know anything about that.

macCulloch  products had a history of hard starting they no longer make any products.  out of business.
anyway  turn set screws in til seated,  back out 1 to 1 1/2 turns each.  spray wd40 into carb. and try that. after it is running adjust  (h) speed set screw at just that > high speed.  adjust (L) at just that  idle.
