Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda lawn tractor, honda lawn tractor, fuel pump

Question
Just got mower used, starts fine, if shut off will not start, does not turn over at all, if I let it sit for a while it  will start, appear to be electrical, but where do I start to look, if I hear electic fuel pump it will start if not it will not, iis there a relay for overheating checked manual did not find anything
