Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda GC160 5 HP timing belt change, honda engines, type letters

Dear sir:
I would appreciate any help , if there is an easy way to change the timing belt in a Honda GC160 5HP engine. Can it be done without splitting the halves apart?
