Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Fuel problem, carburator, homelite
QuestionMy Homelite HB180 leaf blower will not draw gas when I depress the primer bulb. I tried a new hose placed in a cup of fresh gas, and it still will not draw fuel.
Answer Hello Ken:
From your Description I suggest you Change the Fuel Filter in the Tank. Clean and Rebuild the Carburator. You can View a Breakdown of this Trimmer at this Addy http://www.partstree.net/parts.asp and Click on Parts Look Up Block. Then Select the OEM(homelite) and Enter the Model Numbers. Then Double Click on the Model in the Search Results Area. This will Bring up a Breakdown of the Trimmer. Select the Carburator that is on your Trimmer. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. I enjoy knowing the Outcome. Thanks.
Good Luck
Respectfully
John
