I need to know what the gap between the armat ure and the flywheel is.

 Hello David:

 The Coil/Armature is Set at.020in from the Flywheel. Cut a Piece of a 24 Pack Can Drink Carton, Wide Enough and Long Enough for the Coil/Armature to Pull Itself to the Magnets on the Flywheel. Tighten the Coil/Armature. Turn the Flywheel and Pull the Paper Out. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. I enjoy knowing the Outcome. Thanks.
