Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Ryobi 790r will not shut off, wire connections, kill switch

Question
I have a ryobi 790r weed trimmer and the off switch no longer works.  It will start fine and run fine, but when I press down the off button it keeps running!

 Hello Eric:

 Check the Wire Connections at the Switch and the Coil. If these are Good, then Replace the Kill Switch. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. I enjoy knowing the Outcome. Thanks.
