 Hello Tim:

 I have Located a Breakdown for this Mower. 1- Does this Mower have the Fuel Pump? Go to this Addy http://www.partstree.net/parts.asp and Click Parts Look Up. then Select the Make of the Engine(Kohler). Enter the Model Numbers CV490S-27508. Then Select the Illustrated Parts. Look at the 4 Sections of the Fuel System and Let me know which One is on your Engine. Thanks.
