Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Charging system hookup, charging system, model body

Question
I have a 90's model murray rider and I have put an older Briggs engine on it.  I found ways to hook up the coil ground and the other wiring hookups, but the charging system is posing a problem. The outlet on the engine is a two prong, but the newer model body/engine had only one prong.  Could you give me a schematic or advice? Thanx, Lonnie

 Hello Lonnie:

 Both the Wires are Hot Wires. The Dual Lead Charger has One Lead for Charging the Battery(Usually the Red Wire) and the Other Lead for the Lights.
