Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda lawnmower wont start, honda lawnmower, broken bolt

Question
I recently had to repair a broken bolt for one of the wheels of my Harmony II mower.  Had to turn mower on its side to do this.  Oil/gas leaked into pretty much everything (air filter etc.).  When I try to start it now, it either won't turn over or if it does, it blows lots of white smoke and won't stay running.  Any idea what I can do to fix this?

 You have gotten Oil into the Ceankcase Vent and Carburator. Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these Numbers I can View a Breakdown of you Engine and Better Assist You. They Should Start with GX, GVX, exc. Thanks.
