I have a older K Gro (Murray) lawn moyer. 42 in deck with a 16hp briggs and stratton. It wouldn t start. I had it to a repair center. They found a lose wire from the clutch, and dirty magneto. When i had it picked up by a friend, it started, they drove it up ramps to a pick up.
they left it for me and unfortunately they left it before i could put it away. It was out in the rain and it was a thunderstorm. Now it wont crank. It was not covered bbut left out in the weather unfortunately. help

Hello Mark:
Can you Explain what the Mower is Doing. Is it Clicking when You Turn the Key? Is it Not Doing Anything when you Turn the Key? Does it Turn, But Not Start? Thanks.

John
Answer Hello Mark:
Check the Clutch Safety Switch. Check the Fuse(if it has One). Is the Battery Fully Charged? Does this Model have the Relay Under the Seat? On Some Models the Seat Safety will Do this if you are Not Seating on the Seat. Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Mower, Please. With the Numbers I can View a Breakdown of the Mower and Better Assist you. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
Good Luck
