Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Help me, exhaust port, carburator

My go kart it will start for 10 seconds but dies

 Hello Jon:

 It Sounds like the Carburator needs to be Cleaned and Rebuilt. If it is a 2 Cycle Engine, Check the Exhaust Port and the Muffler and Spark Arrestor Screen for Carbon Blockage.
