Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftman mower will not start, jumper cables, good luck

Question
I have a sit down mower that will not start.  The battery is fully charged and when I turn the key nothing happens at all.  Any tips?

 Hello Mark:

 Check the Soleniod. Use Jumper Cables and Use 1 Lead from the Jumper Cables to Jumper  the Large Posts on the Soleniod. If the Starter Turns, then the Starter May be Dragging. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
