Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): oil spray out the breather hoses, carborator, valve system

B and S 16 hsp after running a few seconds it starts spraying oil out the breather hoses by the carborator.  what could be causing this?

 Hello Eric:

 1- The Engine is Overfilled with Oil.  2- The Crankcase Vent is Not Working Properly. 3- A Cracked Ring. 4- A Blown Headgasket Between the Cylinder and the Valves(overhead Valve System Only). Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these I Look up the Engine and Better Assist you. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
