Question
After releasing the parking brake, the tractor will not move.  It is an automatic and if I try to move forward or reverse the engine loads but the tractor does not move.  This has happened in the past a few times and released when I rocked the tractor.  It has occured over the last 3 times I have used the tractor and has steadily gotten worse and will not release at all now.

 Hello Steve:

 Check All the Linkage for the Hydromatic Transaxle. Check the Linkage for the Parking Brake. Make Sure All the Linkage is in Good Working Order. You will Likely Find the Cause of this Problem in the Linkage. Is the Belt Turning the Transaxle Fan? If the Belt is Broken or Loose, this Happens, also. Check theHope this Helps.
