Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda 5.5 Mower, valve adjustment, carburator

Question
While trimming around trees a branch bent the governor linkage allowing the motor to rev much higher than normal. I got the speed adjusted back but the engine will only start on either. Once it starts it runs fine and it will start normal after it's hot. I can't find what the valve adjustment should be.

 Hello Joe:

 Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. I Think you have the Non-Adjustable Carburator, but am not for Sure. The Model Numbers will Allow me to Look up the Mower in Question and View the Carburator. Thanks.
