I have a Craftsman weedwacker that runs but only at half speed

 Hello Joe:

 Either the Carb Requires Adjustment or Overhauled. Also the Throttle Cable May be out of Adjustment. Also Check the Muffler and the Exhaust Port. They May be Stopping up with Carbon. Hope this Helps.
