Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Weedewacker nylon string replacement, sears craftsman, nylon string

Question
I have a Sears Craftsman gas weedwacker.  For the life of me, I can't seem to gain access to the spool to advance the nylon.  The model is supposed to advance the nylon when you tap the ground.  The nylon seems to be jammed - but I have no idea how it comes apart and I am afraid of busting it.
I have experience with Weedeater and Stihl models, but this craftsman doesn't seem to come apa.rt

 Hello Matt:

 There are all types of Trimmer Heads out thereb but I'll try. Push in on 1 of the Eyelets that the Line comes out of. The Line isnt Jammed, its Melted together a Little and that is common. Hope this Helps.
