Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 1988 Toro 832 Riding Lawn Mower, clutch problems, clutch cable

Question
I have a 1988 rear engine Toro 832 riding lawn mower that appears to slip and not go up inclines in the higher gears.
it will go up any type of incline in 1st gear but won't go up even a slight incline in 5th gear.
Do I have clutch problems?
How do I check and/or fix?

 Hello Dan:

 If this is the Disc Drive Rear Engine Toro. 1- The Drive Disc is Bad and Need replacing. If Clutch Cable is Tight, then Loosen and if that Doesnt Correct the Problem then it is The Disc. Hopes this Helps.
