Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman push mower wont start...no spark, push mower, brake cable

My craftsman push mower, model 917.387690, which is only 1 year old won't start. I used it 3 times this year and suddenly  I am unable to start it. I checked for a spark and there was none. Where do I go next?

 Hello Jason:

 There is a Shut Down Switch. Follow the Shutdown/Engine Brake Cable to the Engine and you will see it. Make Sure this Switch isnt Grounding the Coil when the Safety Handle is Pulled. That other than the Coil is All that will Cause No Spark. Hope this Helps.
