Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman Gas weed trimmer 32cc, gas trimmers, craftsman

Question
I am having a hard time getting the trimmer started.  After it starts the engine dies as i push the trigger.  I restart and it does it again.  After a few times it starts running fine.  I do i need to do to get it started right away and keep it running without restarting it a few times?

 Hello Jim:

 The Problem you are having is not unusual for Gas Trimmers. The Trimmer needs to have the Carb Adjusted. However, I have a Question. Are you Allowing the Trimmer to Warm Up (idle) for 2 Minutes before trying to use it.  Always allow Any Engine to Warm up at Least 2 min before Using it.
