My Honda Harmony HRM215 lawnmower won't start unless I run a hair dryer by the spark plug for a couple minutes to heat up the engine.  Then it starts on the first pull.  The pull cord also seems easier to pull than when it's cold.  I've put in a new spark plug and when the lawnmower is running it runs great. Thanks for your help.

Most hard starting Hondas are fixed by removing, dis-assembling and cleaning the carb with compressed air from and air compressor.

After cleaning and refilling with fresh fuel/stabilizer added they start easy and run great.

Is your fuel fresh?  Stale fuel can cause hard starts.
