Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): BEST WAY TO PUT VALVE KEEPERS IN WITHOUT REMOVING HEAD, valve keepers, spring tool

I GOT A GENERAC GN 220 7.8 HP ENGINE THAT BROKE A VALVE SPRING SPRING WASHER. THE ONE UNDER THE KEEPERS. CAN YOU HELP ME. THANKS

Hello HOGHIDEMAN,

I'm not sure what you are running into with your particular engine.  If you can compress the springs with a spring tool you may be able to get the washer in. If not, then removing the head may be the only way.
