FIXING OLDER SABRE TRACTOR
WAS WORKING, BATTERY NEW
WITH KEY CANT GET POWER BUT CAN RUN WIRE FROM TERMINAL TO ENGINE BLOCK
TRACTOR TURNS OVER
NOT SURE OF BEST WAY TO PROCEED

Hi Joe,

If you are connecting the switched ground terminal of the key switch to the block and the starter cranks, then I suspect a bad key switch.  Double check to make sure that you don't only have a bad wire.
