Question
engine dies after a few minutes of cutting . will only run at full troutle but will idle at low speed in netural. also won't crank without a jump even with the new battery

STARTING PROBLEM SOUNDS LIKE IT IS THE STARTER ITSELF.  IT NEEDS REBUILDING.  THE PROBLEM WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING ONLY ON FULL THROTTLE IS IN THE CARB WIHICH ALSO SOUNDS AS THOUGH IT IS IN NEED OF REBUILDING, OR ADJUSTING FOR SURE.
