My tire came off the wheel. How do I get it back on so I can air it up?

Hi Pam,

Clean the rim surfaces of dirt or rust and the wash the tire beads (Where it seals to the rim).  Coat the surfaces with a mix of soapy dish detergent and water.  Push the tire back on the rim by hand or with a rubber mallet.  One bead, then the other.  Squeeze the tire inward, to expand it, making both beads touch the rim, as someone adds air from a high pressure compressor.
