Can you tell me the starting adjustments on a Tillotson HD101A Carb. It seems to be getting too much gas. Also can I use an electric fuel pump and a different carb, and if so what fuel pressure should I use?
The motor is a Rotax 399, 2 cyl, 2 cyc.
I am putting it into a golf cart.

Hello Garry,

    You might want to check, or even better, replace the inlet needle on the carb, that can make it get too much gas. For the mixture screws, turn them all the way in, and back them both out one full turn. I know it will probably be tricky, but I wouldn't recomend using any type of electric pump. To be honest, I would use a Mikuni VM type carb, just install a different flange. Good luck, I hope this helps you! --Arcticatman
